Hello, very interesting your article on the Crazy mountain alfredo. I'd love to give you a little more information on that great dish. Chef Steve Pedalino, and Chef Phil Currey were your 2 chef's that ran the park street grille. Chef Phil Currey made the crazy mountain alfredo, adding a twist to the original alfredo recipe. When the park street grille closed, steve pedalino re-opened as "Pedalino's". I believe this is where Chef Phil took his recipe to the comfort inn. Eventually Chef Phil opened the raven grille, on the patio of the two bit saloon, then was able to move over next door in the building of the sinclair station. Chef Phil brought the dish back onto his menu at the raven. Tomorrow i get to go to chef Phils house, and make the crazy mountain alfredo, in hopes he gives me blessing to bring it to bozeman.
