Thanks a bunch for posting these great photos, and providing informative narration.

I've stayed at the Buffalo Ranch a number of times, but never with catered food. I'm used to mayhem in the kitchen, as a diversity of people try to fix a diversity of meals. Having high quality catered cuisine would be quite the luxury.

It looks like you had outstanding weather, with sun and relatively warm temps. (I know it was pretty cold in the morning, but that's a relative thing. Sometimes, it's way below zero out there!) I'm glad the weather cooperated, given all the travel and expense.
