We no longer have the Povah's running the Hamilton stores, but apparently the family lost interest and were easily outbid by Delaware North. Time moves on and history and tradition are left in the dust. Wilcoxsin's is still every bit as good at both Lower and Upper Ham's so I have hope for your popovers.
The Adirondack chair in your photo is great. Love the design and it appears collapsible. I will have to look into "borrowing" a few design features.
