The clue said to park where campers register, then walk downhill past the picnic shelter until you reach a cliff, then turn left.

Our problem was we headed to the campground. After driving around and around, we couldn't find any picnic shelter to walk past. Finally we drove across the dam, and found a primitive camping area... by a picnic shelter. Joshua found a path, but it didn't lead past the picnic shelter.. for some reason, we took it anyway. It led to a cliff... but turning left made no sense.. so we turned right. Voila! There was the post.

We found this little egg along the way. It was broken, not sure if the chick was out or had died. Not sure what kind of egg.. It was the prettiest light pink,
