to fully load. It would play for about a second.. stop and load.. play for another second or two... stop and load. Once it was fully loaded, it played fine.

Windows 8.1
Chrome version 35.0.1916.114 m
Internet speed 1.5 Mbps (I know, slow for this day and age.. It was fast at the time!)
