Happening alot in Sequoia National Forest too....So sad that someone would want to do this to such magnificent trees!!!!! :( But i know we have seen rangers in full force on the back roads and dirt roads while jeeping!!!! So hopefully they can get a hold on it!!!!! Really sad!!!:(
