Played it OK on direct connection with the internet (Verizon FIOS) on desktop. Using Firefox. My laptop on WiFi connection would play w/o stops & starts. Load of video on Firefox seemed quite fast.
Tried on IE11 load time was a bit slower but played OK (still on the desktop w/direct internet)
