Now Ballpark, would Love to meetup! I very well might make it up to your neck of the woods sometime. I will post on here when I do. I really want to get to Cordova - Valdez - and then on up to Glennallen. Might finish up in the fall over around Homer or so before flying out but see what happens.
Now as to last summer I went on up to Alaska with first in SE Alaska, then over to Homer and Kodiak, then later thru Anchorage briefly on up to Denali NP where I was for 3 weeks. I loved it all and it was all so new. Last summer loved all the blueberries up in Denali.
Now again need something new and am soooo excited. My plans for this year are first going over to Wrangell, Ak. in the SE for a few days or so. then after this swinging briefly thru Juneau on over to Gustavus - Bartlett Cove in Glacier Bay NP for a few days or soooo. After this then a few days further in the SE part of Alaska like iN Sitka or maybe back to Haines. Then after this am very seriously then going to go up to Cordova which I really want to see and spend sometime at. Also possibly Yakutat. Then over to Valdez, up to Glennallen and the Wrangell-St. Elias Area. I might go on up and walk the Denali Highway. Have to see what happens. Then maybe on down thru Anchorage to Seward, Homer, Seldovia to end in the fall. Then possibly fly out of Anchorage in Mid-September or so to Seattle or Salt lake City and back in Jackson by the fall colors at the end of September.
