Of all the injustices the Native Americans have suffered I consider this a minor one. I have no doubt the Washington team will change their name in due time. Perhaps my heart has been hardened by all of the false racial claims (ala JJackson & Sharpton) that my judgement has been clouded. As I have stated in a post above I have friends that are full blood Cherokee and very proud of their culture and I will ask them their thoughts. Thank you for your response.
