based on other plans I have compared for myself that (1) deductible amount (2) which hospital facilities you can use (3) prescription by mail and (4) your maximum total annual costs. Try to read the summary of benefits and mentally run the numbers to see which one saves you money. Call each representative (be armed with your normal costs and prescription names and usual number of times you see a physician) and let them give you an estimate of your yearly costs under their plan.
