Yes to a dry coarse salt brine. Herbed butter before the oven goes inside the skin. Stuff the turkey with apples and sweet onions while cooking.Baste with apple cider.
Stuffing Stove Top is fine.
Bourbon pecan pie with homestyle vanilla ice cream.
