It looks like lots of good ideas presented. I would just suggest going to the Desert Museum as early as possible (they open early, 7AM?), and visit the large mammals first, while they are still active. Also see the first Raptor Free Flight (10AM?); it may be too hot to stand out there in the PM.
The Kartchner Cavern tours are very good and not strenous. There is also a very nice visitor center and campground.
