After all the complaining about the weekly statistics, I discovered that at least 8 Loons read the posting and clicked on the Linky Dinky link to see the complete results. My web site provider has an option where I can see who has visited various pages on my Web site. I suppose I could go to the trouble and get the names of those 8 Loons and post them. But I am not that mean.

Reminds me of a visit to Amsterdam and reading the guidebook. It described a section of the town and the "activities" that took place there. The book went on to say "...if this type of thing bothers you, do not go to that section of town. It is part of our way of life and is legal."

So I feel the same way. If the weekly postings bother some of the Loons, then they should not read the posting and go to the link. There is nothing in the posting or link that cannot be attained from the main Loon Chat page. Anyone can do a search and count the number of times a Loon has posted for the previous week or for a total count. All I did was put it into a tabulated form so no one would have to do a search. They can also get the URL number of each Loon, which I do not post.
