I watched a BBC production called "Supervolcano" a couple of weeks ago.

2015 or 2016. Very few NPS uniforms, but lots of USGS knitwear. The vehicles were too generic, but helicopters were available without budgetary constraint. Generally the production values were pretty good for a "Supervolcano" tale. There were some real YNP scenics, Norris Geyser Basin, various paintpots, and Grand Prismatic views, probably taken from stock. Lots of switching back and forth with Mt. St. Helens and one of the terrors in the Philippines. Lots of the cast kicked the bucket, and Bozeman got crushed by an ashfall, while Denver got dusted. The heroes survived by hanging out in a missile silo near Cheyenne, cleverly shown on a map of Buffalo. Lots of ashfall, and the flyover after the eruption wasn't particularly convincing. But I really adored the use of genuine Forest Service cabins (California or Oregon architecture), nothing like them in Yellowstone.
