Well, I proudly live life in an extreme and excessive way! I take that as a compliment! Average, mundane, normal, mediocre, regular, plugged-in, safe, ordinary, routine, to me... boooooring! I'm either in great shape, or fat. Rich or poor. Cranking or lounging. Kicking or sitting, rocking or sluggish. Give me the 1% in either direction and I'm there, preferably in the 1% of success. I've been in both and the 99% is not for me. That's my philosophical point of view and I absolutely love it, it's who I am to the core. But I appreciate the 99%ers, and that is a big scale so that leaves a lot of success and failure inbetween, but it's still not for me. And it's not how I'm raising my boys. If we're created in God's image and He is our role model, those are some big boots to wear. And I disagree (respectfully) with your view that life is state of existence and not to be mastered or kicked or rocked or spanked, to the contrary, that's WHY we're here. But agreed about kindness and respect, that has nothing to do with living life to the ultimate potential to inspire, to create (God is a Creator), to do, with the Lord's help, GREAT things for His glory, to live exceptionally. I think of all the men and women who died for our freedoms and to merely live 'as a state of existence' does not honor them. Crank it, spank it, rock it, love life, it comes with tragedies and joys, ups and downs by default, not much we can do about it other than make the absolute most of it, not for own selfish reasons, but to reflect an amazing God, to reflect those who died for it, for your family heritage, for inspiration to others as I get inspired by them too, to not exist, but to achieve in an honorable and productive way for the benefit of all. You exist, that's awesome, I'm just gonna ROCK IT TO THE CORE as best I can!
