Do you think the Desert Museum and Saguaro West can be done the same day, or is more time needed? I am interested in the petroglyphs at Saguaro West, so that is a must.
I've not heard of Bear Canyon, but will look into it. Waterfall area, huh? In a desert? ;)
Although I am definitely NOT a fan of old westerns, Dennis is. So, we'll see if that is on his list. He'd also enjoy the mexican food, but I'm not a fan. He's probably going to get stuck eating my cooking at the place we are staying. Poor guy! Okay, maybe I'll let him partake a little....as long as he buys me a margarita.
One of the things I'm reading and am excited about is the hummingbirds in Arizona. We have one species here in the east. Looking forward to seeing more and thrilled that there is an exhibit of hummers at the museum.
