what rivers are accessible in Yellowstone that are safe for paddling and/or won't disrupt wildlife. Let's take the Yellowstone from the outlet at the lake to the Upper Falls...the first few miles are prime cutthroat territory and an area for pelicans to gather, not much further beyond that you run into LeHardy Rapids, beyond that you get into prime nexting ground for a variety of birds as you you travel through Hayden Valley, then after that you have a short area until you hit the falls. Another accessible river is the Firehole. Here again, do we really need people paddling through the geyser basins, then you have Firehole Canyon with the cascades and falls. What of the Gibbon, etc? I really would like to know her motivation behind the bill. There just really aren't a lot of viable options in Yellowstone.
