Is not holding up to any scrutiny, Those are resource damaging activities and has not been allowed at all since the late 1800's. Someone paddling down a river in a plastic canoe really leaves no trace, but yet, they allow two stroke boat motors on Yellowstone lake, which allows oil to drain into the water shed? Lets be realistic here, when they get rid of the two stroke motors on the high mountain lakes, then there will be far more to talk about.
