It was created by Cate DeShazer who lived in Forks, WA. Somewhere along the line, she switched over to One&One. I stayed with them when I took over the site. I think it is expensive (about $60.00 per year, but I have not done any comparison shoping. Their technical help stinks. No help from them when they changed systems and my chat room (gone now) would not work. I finally figured it out myself. My site is very large. I have about 10,000 links that include photos, my files and links to other sites.
