We want to downsize in a few years. As soon as we get some repairs made. One story, 3 bedrooms, no pool, simple yard with no large vegatation. We see the writing on the wall.

People said get one of those stair elevators. We said "NO". Want to sell the house to anyone and not just someone who needs the lift.
