How would you like to be in some luxurious surrounding at Hilton Head, trying to escape winter, and have all these politicos and the media entourage descend on you, having recently vacated the premises in New Hampshire?

Maybe we now know what 1-irons are for. We know even God cannot hit a one iron, but it sure would come in handy for beating back people asking for your vote or media types sticking microphones in your face.

Since I'm on a roll, I can't resist commenting on the possibility of Bloomberg entering the race. With Trump already fully engaged, can you imagine if Bloomberg started a veritable "landslide" of billionaire "me too's"? How about if the Koch Brothers or Sheldon Adelson decided to get in the game? What if the even bigger billionaires, like Bill Gates and/or Paul Allen decided to come off the sidelines? I see a potential opportunity for enterprising entrepreneurs to become billionaires by quickly developing best of breed, state of the art political sign and paraphernalia businesses.

The twisted part of me wants to lobby for a system similar to the Potlatch custom of certain coastal Northwest Native American peoples, where your esteem is related to your ability to throw a substantial party and give away all sorts of valuable things to your guests. Can you imagine what that could look like if the biggest billionaires started trying to outdo each other on their ability to throw a party? It would make the Super Bowl Halftime Show look like kindergarten!
