46er,

If you have not checked out the Journey website, take a look/see. Shane Moore is an accomplished filmmaker, who has been shooting in the GYE for beaucoup long time. His career really took off over the past decade. Quite a bit of the more recent National Geographic Yellowstone/Grand Teton shows feature his work. Rick Smith is developing quite a portfolio as well. These are definitely the right guys to tackle this challenge. They are just lucky that Tom Murphy is 66. If this was a few decades earlier, he might have made it exceedingly difficult for the crew to keep up with him.

Then there is Brian Chan, longtime Yellowstone ranger, now retired. I've seen him on skis, and he can fly. He was the district or subdistrict ranger in Northeast Yellowstone for years. I've heard some killer war stories about his adventures negotiating off-trail parts of the Northeast with Bundy Phillips and Mike Ross.

From what I can see on their website, it appears that they put together a very competent team. I can't wait to see the finished product.
