I will be in Yellowstone April-May this year. I now live in Bozeman. I haven't seen you since the dinner with Roadie et all at Chico.

By the way, graupel is not spelled gropel it is graupel and as you know, is not the same as sleet/frozen rain/snow.Graupel (German pronunciation: [ˈ¨Àʁaʊpəl]; English /ˈ¨Àraʊpəl/), also called soft hail or snow pellets,[1] is precipitation that forms when supercooled droplets of water are collected and freeze on falling snowflakes, forming 2¨C5 mm (0.08¨C0.20 in) balls of rime. We have had a good amount of graupel in Bozeman this year. I am still trying to get the perfect close up digital picture of it.
