And from 100 feet away my opinion is she deserved it. As we hung back upon seeing a bison trying to cross over a boardwalk, not charging at all, the crowd did not back away. Instead they came closer. The woman who was tossed by the bison was close enough to reach out and touch the standing bison...maybe she even did that! It appeared the bison reached a point of frustration and pushed her over and went on his way. We took another route but passed the woman later. She was down on the boardwalk and a nurse in the crowd was helping her. We did see some blood. Medical help arrived very quickly. She and others were crowding the bison in his own home...not good.
