A paid vacation. Although not much pay, but you'd never regret it (unless you get an obnoxious boss & then you can probably transfer to a different job). I worked 7 non-consecutive summers (for Xanterra). Met lots of ever-lasting friends and got to see so much of the park on my days off. Go to their website and check out the jobs.
