to their roots. I served in varying positions on a local 501c(3), from board member to VP. These non-profits have little to oversight by anyone. They become financial playgrounds by people without financial knowledge, disasters such as this waiting to happen. Basic economics, you cannot spend more than what you take in, especially 6 digit salaries. The best route forward for them is simple; reorganization and new management.
