I say Niii-kawn, which is how the real photographers say it. Some say Knee-con, which results in sub-par photography.

Canon is pronounced Cannon.

Sony is pronounced "currently the best photography/videography system out there at this time". It's shorter in Japanese. But next week might be a different story.
