Vic, for instance is a black-haired woman of Italian descent who swears like two sailors. Walt and Henry are both 6'-6" and Henry has long hair. There's no Malachi or Jacob Nighthorse, and there's a dog in every book. And Vic and Walt become a thing in the third book. Ferg is barely in the books at all. There is no Branch Connelly. Lots of differences. The books are verywell written. My effort doesn't even come close to how good the novels are.
