We had so much fun! Pretty much everyone was there, but probably not
you. If you're reading this and weren't there, join us next time!
We might not let you know we're having a Loonion again but you never
know, still improbably but possible!

We had a blast playing "slap the bison" and "who can get flung the
highest", the snow is deep and soft so the landings aren't too bad.
We went out in groups and chased young elk and held them down while
wolf packs devoured them. So cool to be up close and personal, an
alpha wolf, Wolf #1, actually chewed on my GoPro, swallowed it, and I
found it the next day, so lucky! I have some amazing intestinal
tract footage and close up hind haunches clips. The best wolf dung
footage ever, it'll go more viral than Covid. The battery life on
those things are getting so good! We rode mooses, those huge antlers
are great for holding onto. We found some grizzly dens and spent the
night in the snow caves with them. They never knew we were there, we
pet the sleeping cubs, and left thank you notes wrapped in bacon for
a springtime surprise. We jumped hot springs with skis, even played
russian roulette jumping geysers, only one went off while someone was
jumping it.

We'll send out invites to their memorial service when we get it
planned. The only bummer was crashing my drone into Grand Prismatic
Spring. We feed river otters by hand, they're so cute, the cutthroat
trout even had a smile on their faces as we fed them to the otters.
The highlight was when the wolverine came out and someone in the
group hand fed it, literally, it fed on their hand and ran off.
That's what the liability waivers are for. We had to kill an otter
and use it as a tourniquet. We encouraged them by saying about how
prosthetics have come along way. Thanks to Elon's Starlink, we were
able to sit outside by the fire and stare at our phones the entire
evening. Someone accidentally made a s'more out of their iPhone but
no one noticed because they were all on their phones. We noticed
even some wolves had iPhones and were using it to track elk herds so
we want to start a GoFundMe for the elk to have phones for defensive
purposes. It's cool to witness evolution realtime.

By the way the little red car is still there and we found Joe's
jacket in the lost and found. We're still amazed how Jim Strope made
a call from Fairyland Basin decades ago. Musk wasn't even born yet
and Steve Jobs was a toddler. We put the Fairyland cones back up
after getting washed out many years ago, turns out they're just paper
mache and someone was having fun designing the Phallic Cone. Anyway,
great time was had by all, pretty much everyone of importance was
there.
