Moose Wilson Road

I will have limited time in JH May 13th-14th. Would like to spend some time on this road looking for wildlife (Bear 610). Hopefully the road will be open. Should I enter from Moose and drive south or enter from the south and drive north. Not sure I can do the whole drive. Looking for advice.
