Mike Jackson http://www.bestofthetetons.com/ Normally has a relatively current post on what he is seeing and where. His list for April has already been posted.

"Moose: Lately, I have been seeing Moose along the Gros Ventre River bottom, around the Town of Wilson and in town. Bears are generally still hibernating, but many photographers are out looking for them now. Some should be visible starting in the first two weeks of April."
