old Faithful live cam

I have a question about the Old Faithful live web cam. Wondering if
viewers see the cam as very grainy or is it something in my monitor?
The last camera they had a few years ago worked great and was very
pleased with but i understand it kept going down. Seems to me
somethings not right here. Thank you!
