(or maybe because of the cavelier way they degraded your concerns) I agree with you to a degree, Rob. Mostly I think boats and paddlers are already allowed on appropriate places. Also, I have concerns about kids on inner tubes going over waterfalls, and I worry how bunches of paddlers could affect the wildlife that depend on the rivers. I guess I would not want to see the swans and pelicans disturbed, among others, and there are plenty of places for paddling outside the boundries of the parks. One would wonder just who wants to push this agenda.
